1998 – Peyto Exploration and Development
Corporation is formed by Don Gray and Rick “Buck” Braund
2000 – Peyto builds first gas plant at
their Sundance Field initial capacity 10 million cubic feet a day
2001 – Peyto proven reserves grow to more
than 100Bcf
2002 – Production exceeds 10,000 boe/d
2003 – Peyto converts to royalty trust
mid-year and becomes Peyto Energy Trust
2004 – Production exceeds 20,000 boe/d
Processing Plant capacity exceeds 100 million cubic feet a day
2006 – Darren Gee becomes President
and CEO
2008 – Don Gray becomes Chairman of the
Board of Directors
2009 – Peyto Proven + Probable gas reserves exceed 1Tcf
2010 – Distributions top $1B with the February 2010 payment to unit holders, Production exceeds 30,000 boe/d, Processing plant capacity exceeds 245 mmcf/d
2011 – Peyto hits record production per share of 250 BOE/d per million shares in April 2011
